In-Person KMP Bundle

Join us September 18th - 21st in Bilbao, Spain for a special in-person session of the Kanban System Design and Kanban for Design & Innovation courses with trainer Anna Radzikowska.

In the Kanban System Design portion, you will learn the core practices and principles of Kanban, as well as participate in a simulation to experience flow, pull systems, and work-in-progress limits. Additionally, you will receive guidance on using STATIK (Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban) to design your Kanban system. You will also learn to create a visual board design and ticket design.

In the Kanban for Design and Innovation portion, the focus is on advanced practices and cadences, with a particular emphasis on upstream design. You will learn how to engage stakeholders from different organizational levels and departments in idea generation and make decisions to invest, shelve, or discard ideas. By properly managing and shaping demand, you can achieve higher levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction, sustainably.

Join us at our training center in the heart of Bilbao as you participate in a Kanban simulation, get hands-on experience designing your Kanban systems, and enjoy the Basque culture and cuisine during breaks and lunches. By understanding the core concepts of The Kanban Method, you will be able to design a Kanban system to improve visibility, communication, and collaboration within your team. Be able to design a Kanban system and evolve and scale it beyond the team.

Participants in both courses will be awarded the Kanban Management Professional credential from Kanban University.?
