There is a solution though! Applicant tracking systems are usually designed with some flexibility so you can change some settings and broaden your search criteria. This may allow you to find more qualified candidates who better align with your company’s values or culture.

8 hours a week = a full working day.
Most will agree with this logic. Right?
Last week I was in DFW visiting with clients and potential clients.
In a client meeting with HR and CFO, the HR director says “The PurpleCard gives me 8 hours a week back!”
