The IHAF Performance Evaluator is an online survey that enables you to measure the effectiveness of your team as partners and providers to the businesses you support—assessing the satisfaction of your internal base of clients.

The Report Card contains feedback from over 1,300 clients actively engaged with 30 in-house agencies. Our Report Card provides a reliable benchmark for you to assess your team’s performance against others.

- Though the list of reasons to outsource has remained constant over five years, the stats have changed. Most notably, “creative range available internally” as the impetus to go outside fell by 43% which speaks to the advancement of creative talent in house.
- And as in-house agencies continue to produce outstanding work, demand for services grows in kind, with nearly three quarters reporting an increase in project volume over two years.
