Improving when at your best

The best time to work on improvements is when things are at their best.

If your cash flow is fluid and your projects are executing well, take a moment of gratitude and reflection. Celebrate and enjoy the accomplishment of a well oiled machine.

But this is also the time to look for improvements. 

As someone else is busy building a better and faster machine, and yours will run dry and might start to lose efficiency and become outdated

Most of the time when we find solutions or new ways to improve a workflow or product it comes with an investment cost. That is exactly why now is the time to accomplish such. When you'r at your high and your best. When you have the time and the cashflow to actualize the improvements you envision.
