Improving public sector facilities management efficiency isn't a technical challenge, however, it is a major people issue.

Consistently delivering quality repair, renovation, maintenance, and new builds efficiently, on-time and on-budget isn't technically difficult. Robust processes and tools have existed for decades. The real issue is having internal and external teams agree to fundamentally changing the way day-to-day activities are planned, resourced, and executed.

  • Inaccurate and/or incomplete information leads to poor planning and worse results.
  • Oversights go uncorrected, knowledge is lost.
