Improving CPE Customer Experiences with Flexibility and Responsiveness

Scenario 1 — You have great content that you can only offer through third party content aggregators:

Student who has been attending your courses for years (Student): Hey, I love your Preventing Fraud webcast, when will it be offered?

You: XYZ Provider and ABC Provider each run my course once a month. Here's a link to their catalogs.

Student: Darn, it doesn't work with my schedule until November. Guess I'll have to get my fraud credits somewhere else.

Scenario 2 — You direct sell your content to your viewers on your terms through Advance CPE:

Student: Hey, our firm is looking for a fraud prevention course for CPE, when is yours offered?

You: When do you need it?

Student: Our team is having a retreat on the 17th.

You: I'll set up a showing for that day.

Student: I don't want to inconvenience you.

You: It will take me, literally, 30 seconds to set it up.

If you are available to respond to audience questions during the scheduled broadcast, then you are free to offer your pre-recorded content to your customers whenever you want … and … infinitely more importantly, whenever THEY want.

Advance CPE allows you to set your own schedule, to run your courses whenever you want, and as frequently as you want, be it once a year, once a month, or every single day. The system is designed to help you scale.

Unlike other products and services that compromise customer service when they scale, Advance CPE enhances it in several ways. Let’s discuss two: The first is described in the scenario above and the second involves your responsiveness to those students who want to engage you during an educational experience.

An increasing number of CPE providers, as they attempt to scale their offerings, are telling their viewers that they will respond to audience questions “within 24 hours”. This practice is not only of questionable compliance and could possibly result in eventual disqualification of the CPE, it provides a terrible customer experience.

Additionally, Advance CPE offers a better customer experience even over those platforms that directly connect question askers with the instructors.

I’ve worked with enough CPE webcast instructors over the past fifteen years to know that you aren’t necessarily glued to your four-hour presentation every time it runs. Nor should you be! Advance CPE pushes audience questions to you whether or not you are looking at the presentation screen, allowing you to respond immediately, and not after that “check-the-screen” interval. Audience questions are pushed to you independent of the individual session, allowing you to run several courses simultaneously, while still providing a superior and more responsive learning environment than if you were running on a platform that requires you to login and check the screen for questions. (Note: If you’re airing several events, the question arrives to you with a tag telling you which course they’re watching).

Speaking of questions, if you have any of your own or just want to discuss the large pile of other competitive advantages Advance CPE offers you, give me a shout!
