IMPROVEMENT (The 5th ISO Quality Management Principle)

Doing the same thing years after years only signify one thing, “you have exhausted your options”. Customers, Clients, business associates, stakeholders, employees etc. hate to see this character in you or your organization.

All interested parties expect you to fly, but if you can’t fly, run. If you can’t run, work. If you can’t work, crawl, just make sure you are continually improving.
