Nexto Xpress - Versatile, Fast and Affordable

Nexto Xpress is the ideal controller for a variety of Factory, Logistics and Process Automation tasks. The nexto Xpress range of controllers have been widely deployed in a variety of OEM Machine, agricultural, remote monitoring and Building Automation applications.

Created to meet the demands of Industry 4.0, the programmable controllers are available in three variants: XP300, XP315, XP325. All three models have 16 digital inputs, 16 digital transistor outputs, an Ethernet port and a RS-485 standard Serial connection. However, the XP315 PLC has also features two three-wire RTD inputs and 5 analog inputs for voltage and current inputs. The XP325 also features four analog outputs and a CANOpen Master connection.

Like other members of the Nexto family, the Xpress PLC also uses a CODESYS platform with configuration via MasterTool IEC XE, a free programming software for Nexto Series with scalability for micro to large projects.

When combined with a cellular modem or data radio the Nexto Xpress serves as the basis for remote monitoring and control applications. The controller can be integrated into the myCity Web Portal which means no additional development effort is required to visualise, monitor, alert or control variables remotely.
