Improved productivity and efficiency = Happy workforce

The terms productivity and efficiency are often used interchangeably to evaluate performance.?

Productivity refers to the work that can be completed given the same input and Efficiency is getting work done by eliminating or reducing wastages.?

Doing work efficiently improves productivity.

While digitization is the key to improved productivity and efficiency, it is important to ensure these systems are user friendly and user adoption is easy.?

Change is the only constant and yet often there is resistance to change, and it holds true when implementing a new system that requires users/workforce to change the way they have been doing things till date. This can be especially true with systems that require a lot of screens to browse through or a lot of clicks to get to what is required. While Microsoft has been working its ways to designing processes within Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to ease the way processes are implemented, there may be some gaps left out, not intentionally but more about prioritization.

At Inogic, it has been our endeavor to identify these rudimentary and repetitive tasks that need to be performed by the workforce in their day-to-day operations that take too much of their time and simplifying these would certainly result in a happy workforce.

Think about it, while the documents, that could be personalized agreements or could be proposals that you could have generated as reports or document templates in CRM, sending them out to the customers, is not that simplified a process, too many clicks to get that document mailed out as pdf – get Click2Export – configure the sender and receiver for every template that you have, with a click of a button, have it sent out you could even automate the process that requires no manual intervention and get these mails out.

Similarly, reports need to be auto-emailed – Manager changes their mind every other month and there is different report format that they desire to receive, getting a developer to design these each time could involve a lot of costs, data needs to come from CRM, it could be a view that you could have designed with appropriate filters in place to get the desired info. Use Click2Export to have this view mailed to manager as a report on a specific schedule. Happy manager – Happy team??

Did you happen to delete the value of a field or an import process mistakenly overwrote the data in a column due to incorrect mapping – Click2Undo to the rescue. Reading the headline of this article made me realise that I hadn't thought about it this way around. In my head, a "happy workforce = productive and efficient one". But, you're right, Roohi. A productive and efficient workforce is a happy one! Thanks for the smart Click2 apps. We've really benefited from them over the years.
