A common mistake any sales person would do is explain the features of the product first instead of the benefits. Any mind for that matter will be eager to know what it would get out of an effort or I would say out of the money that gets spent on. In simple terms let the customer know “How your product will benefit your customer”
How your product is different?
Keep something in mind, No one will be ready to go beyond their ease zone to buy something new. So, whatever you sell, whether it is a product or a service, it should explain 3 important things: Quality, Price and also it should be a Time Saving.
Targeted Customer
Target the ones who are most likely to buy. Your forecasts should show that the buyer is financially right enough and interested in the product you sell. For example, if you wish to sell a Smart Phone, don’t try to do that with a person who have never ever used one before. Try to sell to the one who is already using the product and explain how yours is differently superior to the other.
Meet them
Always meeting the targeted customer is 100% more effective than spending huge money on advertisements. There is no bypass for this approach, at-least call the customer by phone.
Next move
Be readily available to think whether you will get the next customer through the service you did to the recent customer, whether they are satisfied with your services? Any business literally gets it’s 85% of the customers by word of mouth.
