▌ 4 Areas That Increase Your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ▌

  1. ??? Self-awareness

Increase self-awareness with mindfulness. Focus on the present moment – how are you feeling and why are you feeling that way? Keep a journal. Write and analyze the emotional situations you experience from day to day.

2.??? Self Regulation

Self-regulation is about staying in control. Note what triggers your emotions. Give yourself time to pause & work through your emotions before responding to anything.

Great topic and something I have had to improve personally but once you can keep cool in high-stress situations and your emotional intelligence is in check you have learned a valuable skill set. Tons of books and classes on this topic!
