Can I ask you a question? Your mind instantly goes to your worst thoughts, so simply ask and you'll usually get a better response.

This year I learned that I have greater discipline than most, but less than a tenth of what I had planned. Still, I had more wins than last year and the litany of failures are launching pads for more success in 2023.

If you listen to the questions, the answers are all challenging.
