How you can be more PRODUCTIVE?

There are several ways to improve productivity. You may follow any or many of them.

So in order to improve productivity one should Know where they are lacking or wasting their productive time.

Many a times you are watching TV (Useless stuff/ news), Mobile (Inseparable organ of body now a days), Checking emails, Facebook, Youtube, Gossipping, Unnecessary sleeping, waiting for bus, travelling, driving, late night parties and many more unproductive things makes your life tremendously busy…

So how Successful people improved their productivity and reached where they are.

Ways to improve productivity.

1.??????Plan your work: if you are planning your day, week, month and year… then obviously many great things will happen. Whenever you wake up in the morning, you have to plan your day.

Many people do not plan and spend life at leisure. Remember, failing to plan is the way to planning to fail… if you are not planning means definitely you are going to fail…

Make your days ‘to do list’ in the morning, work accordingly and review it before going to bed… also you can plan for tomorrow after reviewing today… this will definitely improve your productivity.

2.??????Convert ?your travel time in productivity:??Many of us have to travel daily a lot and average travelling time may be 2-3 hrs. So what you do during this time? Most of us will answer, oh I just use to spend this time in watching Movie on Netflix or youtube videos, or entertainment videos etc. or many of us read newspapers, or gossiping with friends and peoples on silly politics and politicians… what’s the use of all this? Nothing…

So what you can do? You may read books….

BUT HOW I CAN READ BOOK, IF I AM DRIVING…. NOT A GOOD QUESTION TO ASK…

You may listen to audiobooks on any platform….may be audible, or youtube

3.??????Develop productive habits: there are certain good habits, which can improve your indefinite productivity, such as waking up early, reading, writing, exercise, helping others and so many. Everybody knows these are the good habits, but very few of us are applying these in life. And who one adopt these habits, become more productive. Similarly, replacing bad habits with good habits, is also one of the productivity idea.

4.??????Avoid multitasking: Many people start many things at a time and never finish anything. Your brain will always not support the multitasking. So finish one thing and go for another.

5.??????Short breaks: it is always good to have short breaks during the work. Use pomodoro technique. Where you may choose 5 minutes break after every 30 minutes. In this way your brain will become energetic and will help in improving the productivity.

6.??????Avoid distractions: Now a days concentrating on one thing is the problem. Because we are living in technology era. And everybody using and enjoying this technology. But if you are not using these modern tools wisely, you will become the slave of it. And now adays the smartphones and TV are the most important timewasters and the reasons to reduce anyone’s productivity. We are wasting So much time on smartphones, continuous notifications. And every time, when phone buzz, we get distracted and to resume or to come back it takes 20-25 minutes. So while doing any work, keep notifications off, or keep your phone in another room on silent mode. It will definitely improve your productivity.?

Also avoid unnecessary watching TV and the news, it will unnecessary will feel your mind with negative things, which will reduce the productivity.?Try at least every alternate day of the week ?as a No TV day.
