Great post! Ive found that hiring for entry level positions and just teaching them as they grow is the way it has worked for me personally. Ive had some bad experiences with new hires to finding their footing with our culture. Any tips?

Agree Fletcher. How about the high risk manual materials handling jobs. These workers deserve the same screening germane to their physical and essential job tasks reducing the potential for a career ending injury. These blue collar workers pose a higher risk of cost than non-high risk jobs.
