Additionally, the mapping exercise identified 30 rising stars whose potential influence could be cultivated over time to bolster market penetration.

Moreover, the initiative prioritized diversity by highlighting capable women healthcare providers, enhancing the company’s engagement in diversity initiatives and advisory boards. This comprehensive approach not only accelerated the uptake of the new treatment but also fortified the company’s strategic positioning in each target market.
