Late last year, our team created and launched a new HR strategy for dealerships (and other businesses), Acquire. Retain. Reward.

A few months ago, I was introduced to an employee scorecard-creation tool called Culture Booster by a trusted colleague. I immediately understood that the two solutions would complement each other nicely.

If a business uses Culture Booster to help clearly define KPIs that are important to each role, it makes it easier to successfully adopt the Acquire. Retain. Reward. strategy.

The targets are then already set, and prospective/current employees are clear on the tasks and objectives they need to accomplish to help the business succeed.
