Imposter Syndrome is REAL
Have you ever felt like a phony, unworthy, or like you are not enough?? Well, my friend, that is imposter syndrome!

Imposter syndrome comes with many feelings or symptoms: anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and fear of failure. If left unchecked, imposter syndrome can lead to anxiety, depression, addiction, unfinished work, stalled projects, and ultimately an unhappy life.
To get over imposter syndrome:
?- Spend time telling people what they are good at
?- Find people to hype you up like a hype squad
?- Remove or distance yourself from negative people
?- Journal about things you have accomplished and what it took to get there.
?- Create a vault or filing cabinet for encouragement
?- Remind yourself you are not alone and many other business owners and people have felt the same way.
