I don’t understand the word IMPOSSIBLE.  

I think it relates to a four-letter word that starts with C, ends with T, and could be the most horrible word in the English language – a contraction for cannot.

One of my favorite quotes was the motto of the US Army Corps of Engineers during World War II -- “The difficult we do immediately. The IMPOSSIBLE takes a little longer.”

My mantra for this year is "Don't ask 'Can we do it?' Ask "How can we do it?'"   Phrased another way: Don't ask if it is possible.  Ask how we make it possible.
