IMPORTANT SOFTWARE UPDATE

Due to an upcoming security update, a required upgrade will be necessary by all agencies on the EL5 platform. Transport Layer Security?encryption protocol TLS 1.1 is being depreciated and will only support TLS 1.2. Therefore, Evidence Library 5 can only support TLS 1.2.?If your agency is on an OS version that doesn't support TLS 1.2 or has not updated to the latest EL5 version, some or all of the functionality will not be available.?For further assistance please contact your customer support representative or please call 1-800-MSI-HELP.
