Important Notice on couple's relationship...

While the relationship between me & my wife indeed had been uncertain and fraught with challenges from day one, it's also worth noting that we navigate these challenges successfully. With effort, understanding, and sometimes external help (parents, family, kids & spiritual gurus), we successfully build resilient and fulfilling relationships. Now, under my 100 Years Legacy Program for family businesses, we implement some tools and process. In this article, i am sharing a few learning from my real experiences...

Certainly! Let's delve deeper into the essentials of a good couple's relationship:

1. Trust: ? ?

Depth: Trust is the foundation upon which the house of a relationship stands. It's not just about believing your partner won't cheat, but trusting them with your vulnerabilities, fears, and dreams. ? ?

Building: Trust is fostered over time and through shared experiences, both good and challenging. It's about consistent honesty, reliability, and transparency.

Presence: Being mentally and emotionally present, not just physically.

6. Physical Intimacy: ? ?

Touch: Beyond sexual intimacy, the comfort of a touch, hug, or cuddle builds connection. ? ?

Sexual Connection: Mutual understanding and respect in sexual needs and boundaries, ensuring both feel safe and satisfied. ? ?

Affection: Small gestures like holding hands, kissing, and other forms of physical affection are essential.

7. Shared Responsibilities: ? ?

Equity: Balancing chores, financial responsibilities, and other tasks, ensuring neither partner feels overwhelmed or unfairly burdened. ? ?

Teamwork: Recognizing that both partners contribute in their unique ways and valuing those contributions.

8. Independence: ? ?

Personal Space: Allowing and respecting each other's need for alone time or time with other friends/family. ? ?

Supporting Growth: Encouraging each other's personal growth endeavors, whether it's a hobby, a class, or personal introspection.

Healthy Confrontation: Addressing issues head-on, without letting them fester.

Empathy: Trying to understand the other person's viewpoint. ? ?

Avoiding Blame: Focus on solutions and understanding, not on laying blame.

10. Support and Encouragement: ? ?

Being Each Other's Cheerleader: Celebrating successes, no matter how small, and being a shoulder to lean on during challenging times. ? ?

Growth: Encouraging and supporting each other's individual goals and dreams.

11. Flexibility: ? ?

Adaptability: Recognizing that change is inevitable and being willing to adapt as individuals and as a couple. ? ?

Compromise: Finding middle ground that respects both partners' needs and wishes.

12. Shared Goals and Plans: ? ?

Regular Check-ins: Periodically revisiting and updating shared goals, ensuring both are aligned and satisfied with the direction.

13. Loyalty and Commitment: ? ?

Fidelity: Ensuring emotional and physical loyalty. ? ?

Dedication: Committing to the relationship's well-being, especially during challenging times.

14. Sense of Humor: ? ?

Shared Laughter: Finding humor in shared experiences, laughing at mistakes, and creating inside jokes. ? ?

Light-heartedness: Not taking everything too seriously and being able to find humor even in tough situations.
