Lean UX adapts lean manufacturing and startup principles to user experience design, emphasizing waste reduction, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric approaches. Its core principles advocate for unified teamwork, addressing the correct issues, collaborative design, adaptable planning, and a focus on outcomes over deliverables.
