For Smoother, More Comfortable Appointments, We Recommend:
? Eat a protein-rich meal before your appointment
? Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water with your meals.
? Avoid alcohol & get a good night’s sleep before your appointment.
? Take 500 mg of Vitamin B-1 with breakfast or lunch, and continue daily until the bottle is finished.
? Continue your regular medications unless directed otherwise by your doctor.
? Ask about our natural relaxants – Safe, non-drowsy, and won’t interfere with medications. Let our receptionist know if you’d like them.
