Choosing the perfect ICL for a patient does not rely only in white-to-white measurements, anterior chamber depth and refraction. Vault dynamism should be taken into account. Crystalline lens rise and ICL vault change depending on the light conditions.

New ICL sizing formulas will appear and the ideal postoperative vault will be easier to achieve.
