Happy employees are more likely to provide better customer service. When employees are engaged and motivated, they will go the extra mile to ensure that customers are satisfied. A satisfied customer base can lead to increased loyalty and business growth, sure!

Over the past year, we've successfully executed campaigns that reached approximately 800 employees across three different units. Our efforts have been focused on enhancing employer branding through strategic campaigns and events. During this journey, we've come to a significant realization: it's often the small actions that make the most substantial impact. Actions as simple as sharing photos on social networks or providing basic health guidance during events like Pink October have proven to be powerful catalysts for improving the overall work environment and infusing a sense of lightness into the daily lives of our employees. These actions reflect our commitment to a more compassionate and considerate approach to employee well-being.
Oh my God, almost a year ago! Sancris celebrated 35 years
In December 2022, SANCRIS Threads, Yarns, and Zips marked a significant milestone by celebrating 35 years! The enduring success is a testament to the countless partnerships we've forged with customers, suppliers, and dedicated employees. It is through their unwavering dedication and hard work that we have consistently served the entire nation of Brazil and other countries with exceptional agility and professionalism, establishing SANCRIS as a synonym for quality.
To commemorate this special occasion, we hosted celebratory events at all three of our units, honoring the individuals who truly make a difference, and who are not just a part of our team but an integral part of the "Sancris" family.
I am deeply grateful for the invaluable lessons, challenges, and opportunities that the company entrusted to me. I also appreciate the doors it opened, allowing me to consider this workplace as a second home, especially during a period marked by numerous market changes and adaptations.
I have confidence that the seeds we've sown will continue to yield positive results and help the company grow even more.
