·? Vitamin D : It is a fat soluble vitamin needed for bone growth, healing and plays a vital role in Immune system as well. Its deficiency has a strong relation with higher risk of t2dm , CVD, obesity. The supplement suggested here is a vegetarian combination of vitaminD3 with Vitamin K2. It can be proposed to any client with #vitamin D levels below 50 ng/mL . Dosage - 4-5 spray per day post lunch for 1-2 months depending upon current levels.
? Vitamin B12 : It is a fat soluble vitamin needed for RBC , DNA formation, Very important for nerve cells whose deficiency can hamper #brain functioning. We can start with its supplement if levels are below 700 pg/mL. Dosage - 1tab post lunch for 1-2 months depending upon the current levels.
Iron : It's a mineral needed for #Hemoglobin production, myoglobin production, its responsible for some hormone production as well. Anything below a range 90 mcg/dL will need a supplementation.
