Recently Methods in cooperation with OGTC has organized a upskilling program for the Middle Management for the members of OGTC and yielded great results.

Increasing investment in people’s capabilities along with good investment in the institutions tasked to deliver the same is a positive sign that is set to bring in the skill development index.
