We all suffer from different kinds of pains and often leads to more pains if not fixed. Little do we realise that without a simple release or stretch to the muscle and its surrounding would it help us a whole lot. Yet, we sit down on our butts at home, in the office and physical activity.
It's about time for change. Time everyone took an active effort to stop complaining about pain and do something about it. As a society, especially in a fast pace country, everyone has become lazy and reliant toward E transport and neglected their own two feet. One simple reason why problems appear faster and faster.
Not surprisingly, the problems and incidence of a common backache and neck shoulder pains is also on the rise. As the Director of THE POSTURE LAB, we see so many cases of these issues and everyone has it. A sad sight that we can actually correct but with so much stubborn-ness and all the google Doctors in the country that "act like they know" everything about their body when they know what magazines or media say. Yet these articles are written by marketing, editors or someone with close to 0 experience in the field. One simple example is "ABS in 2 WEEKS", who gets abs that quickly? Is it even possible or are you starving yourself to achieve it?
Therefore, if you don't know how to solve these issues. Don't be a hero and seek professional advise!
