Former colleagues from CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), Benefitfocus and CVS-Aetna reached out to inquire what I thought the benefits of RPA UiPath training have on career advancement. Answer quite simple, as a PMO developer and Six Sigma MBB, the RPA training provides new insights into analytics, implementation of process improvement activities to support the strategic objectives of the organization. Integrates new insights into the role of cross functional teams, including business product owners within engineering to lead and facilitate discovery analysis and design sessions.

RPA is not going away and will become stronger and stronger over the next few years. Managers will require the RPA background to support the global quality solutions teams to lead and identify new solutions for existing challenges and establish the roadmaps to drive process improvement and digital transformation. Most important the RPA CoE manager will partner with project teams and relevant stakeholders on business systems identification, validation, implementation, control and continuing enhancement to achieve business objectives. They will provide the frontline business input control support for requirements on processes, tools, implementation / change management.

Are you ready to join the new world of RPA? Then start is with UiPath training.

Congratulations David! You are always learning, growing and sharing valuable career insights. I've taken a few of the UI Path RPA modules as well and agree that they offer a lot to individuals and organizations going on the RPA / IPA (Intelligent Automation) journey. I attended an RPA webinar today and the speaker indicated that RPA is the fastest growing area of technology and everyone should be thinking about what it can do for their business.
