During this period huge changes in market in terms of quality door and windows. year 2012-15 everyone is looking for quality hardware in Aluminium as well as uPVC but now a days most of us looking low-cost hardware.

Rollers play importance role in sliding doors and windows. These days in the market we have MS body and SS body for uPVC & Aluminium body for Aluminium.

Normal life of rollers 5 to 8 years if using by standard way. But these days before fix the rollers not understand following points

1-?????Weight capacity – in rollers must be minimum weight capacity of 1.5 times of Door or window sash .

2-?????SS / MS/Aluminium body – Coastal area must we use ??SS body. Dry climate we can use MS body . When you check the prices SS rollers cost is 1.5 times of MS Body rollers.

3-?????Ball bearing – Always use the rollers with Ball bearing with SS/MS /Aluminium body.

4-?????Track cleaning – Door and windows stalled at under construction sites . Before Run the door and windows track must be clear.

5-?????SS screw – Always use SS screw.

6-?????Repair cost – In door windows industry most of us not calculated the repair/replacement cost. This cost is 10 times higher than saving to buy low cost or inappropriate Hardware.
