More their projection than facts JG. We all know reps that could flip millions in biz by switching orgs, especially in markets with me too type products like DES, ICD's, DCB, PCI balloons, Closure devices etc. Good IC's/VS can make all these devices work for them/their pts. Easy to say "relationships" don't really matter when you sold say Cypher, first TAVI device, First Da vinci robot systems but if relationships "don't matter"? Why are so many orgs fanatical about no competes? Cmon.................
