The importance of programmes

I want to talk to you about your programme. I want to talk to you about your products, your programmes, your services, and I want to talk specifically about programmes. There are three reasons that most coaches do a programme.?

#1 – There is only one of them

If you’re a coach, there’s only one of you. There’s only so much you can do one to one without exhausting yourself and working 60 hours a week and exhausting your energy. Also, as a little highlight to that, are you the same with the first client as you would be with the client that you’ve done seven or eight hours of coaching within a day? Maybe not. Attention span, energy levels, eyesight…no. There’s only one of you and you can’t serve everybody.?

#2 – The power of a group?

The power of a programme, a group programme, a collective, a membership, is more than you can imagine…it’s existential. The reason is, while another person is having your attention, the other people can actually vicariously listen and understand from a completely disassociated point. They can understand from a place that isn’t them. They’re not being hounded, they’re not being coached, and they are also able to think for themselves.?

#3 – Price

It’s usually much cheaper to go on to a group programme and most people would rather spend their money on other things with you or with other people. And actually, you earn more money from it. You earn more money because you’re able to serve more people through one or two or three or four or five hours.

It’s worth a thought, right? Create a programme!
