The challenges we face due to the complexity of today's world, technological developments, the speed and continuity of change require innovative solutions. Innovation is a talent we carry in our genes from past to present, as the human urge to be curious and dare to make mistakes. If businesses want to adopt a culture of innovation, they must first support their employees' ability to be curious and make mistakes. No organization that is not supported by the top management can be successful within the company, so we can say that innovation and a top management approach that will support innovation activities is the most important element for success. Another element to be successful is that businesses try to develop innovation as a capability. This ensures that innovation penetrates daily processes and becomes embedded in the culture.

The economic conditions we are in, technological developments and the increasingly competitive environment strengthen the need for innovation day by day.

Do you want your company's name to be associated with innovation? Or do you really want to establish a permanent system by making innovation a corporate culture? Frankly, we actually know what needs to be done. Investing in innovation and prioritizing it requires high-level management equipment, leadership, technological competence, budget, appropriate organizational structure and foresight.

When we examine the most innovative companies of 2023, we must understand how much importance businesses that invest in innovation place on it and that they do not neglect planning for tomorrow while living today.

As someone who has been planning innovation activities for years, providing various trainings, establishing innovation structures in corporate companies, publishing articles in this field, and developing strategies in working life, I have tried to explain the importance of innovation and create awareness in this area. Based on my experiences, I can clearly state that regardless of the scale, if businesses want to survive in the future and leave a legacy for future generations, they must support internal innovation activities to the best of their abilities and make innovation a part of their corporate culture.


An innovation culture is achieved by giving employees a voice, developing tools to motivate them, showing that you value them and through teamwork. The most valuable asset of companies is intellectual capital, and investment should be made in talented minds.


Organizations that invest in innovation, talented minds, and technology for now and the future will be more agile, resilient, and prepared to compete in unpredictable situations.
