Importance of Innovation in Corporate

Most organizations focus on improving the overall client experience with setting higher standards of delivery quality at each stage of client interaction. Meeting that delivery quality at the same time being efficient is the trickiest part in this equation.

Nurturing creativity and exploring completely new and never seen/explored territories result into increasing the productivity of the organisation. Encouraging the employees to think outside of the box and giving them time and resources to explore new areas for innovative ideas is the key to cost-effective business solutions.

This picture is from 2015 when I participated in my first Hackathon event! On of my most favourite pictures from work! We ended up reaching to the top 3 winning ideas who got sponsored for implementation. This was definitely a proud moment for me and my team. Since then, I have focused on building high performing, ultra efficient and customer centric teams and in last 5 years, we have saved countless man hours and $$$ to be able to take up work that looked farfetched.

Creativity improves the process of solving problems. It doesn't matter if we're talking about developing a new strategy or an innovative way to stay ahead of the competition. Creative problem solving gives that competitive edge that any business is striving to achieve.

Creative ideas and innovative approaches can come from almost anywhere- from your partners, customers, target groups, employees. They can bring you fresh perspectives and ideas, so show them that you’re listening and open to their feedback. That's why it is important an open exchange of ideas to be supported and encouraged by the company.
