Importance of having a Mentor

Happy New Years everyone! I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your friendship, mentorship and guidance. Because of mentors, people like me are able to excel and be successful. I've met so many amazing people this past year. I am thankful for every connection I have made because each one has brought knowledge to my life. 

I've been thinking on how to give back to the community and I have finally figured out what to do (at least I think I do). I want to pass kindness to others as most of you have done for me. We will review your resume, career goals, and leadership potential and we will provide you a one-on-one mentorship of what we think is best to achieve your goal. We will consult our mentors and other experts in the field of your choosing within the cyber security industry to help you tailor a specific career path. We will do all of this...free of charge for all qualified candidates. 

In turn, we will seek knowledge from human resources and recruiters in organizations (big and small) for their wish list (candidacy requirements) and assist them in finding that "best fit" candidate for their organization.
