The importance in getting it right 1st time

This week our specialist entry team were called to a property in South London. On our arrival we were met with a glass entry door that had been barricaded from the inside. It was clear from this the occupants knew we were here to gain access under the High Court Enforcement Company. Due to the glass and a very high risk of injury if matters had got out of hand, we carried out a full appraisal and risk assessment.

 We established that there was a door at the rear of the property and gained peaceful entry through this, we were so quiet the squatters didn’t hear us enter.

 After the occupants had left peacefully we went on to secure the property including the changing of all locks and lock cases that had been damaged.

 It’s always wise to remember when carrying out this type of work that there is usually more than one entry point and as a rule you should check for every possibility of entry.
