Many people underestimate the importance of asking yourself the question "Why"?. Asking yourself this question regularly is very important. It provides an individual with CLARITY. Thinking clearly not only allows you to plan how you are going to achieve personal and professional goals
Why Everybody should seek to understand their WHY
On the surface, your Why is the underlying reason for your day-to-day behaviours, decisions and aspirations. In simple terms, it is the deep-rooted motivation behind your PURPOSE that provides one with the energy to do what they do everyday. Without this, ones actions do not have MEANING. To understand your WHY, one must first understand their inner purpose and come to terms with their own values and beliefs and aspirations.
