Importance of employee satisfaction

Have you ever sit with your employees silently not to talk about work ,but to talk about them? about what do they think for firm they're working with? Your employee’s needs have advanced, as they need more than morning cuppa.

Stand in center in your office once, look around and think,"would you be able to make it without any of them?" "Will you be able to run this business successfully without them?"

Give it a thought, it might make you realize importance of your each team-mate.

Most of small business firm owners/enterprenuers think it's unnecessary and time wasting. Stereotype approach in business might work for few months even sometimes few years, but definitely not for long term.

Most of the enterprenurs focus is on Customer/Client satisfaction, unfortunately (sometime unintentionally)we avoid employee satisfaction. Which is supreme key to acquire Client Satisfaction at it's best. If your employees are satisfied working with you; they believe in you; your vision, company culture. They might to go further than beyond to make a real progress and put all the efforts to get it done.

We simply need to understand the truth that "When people are happiest they go extra mile". If you want your sales/business growth go extra mile, first you need walk extra mile to take care of your each team-mate. Invest in your team,cause that's extremely powerful sword to cut of all the business competition going around you.

So take a time and ask your employees if they are satisfied with thier jobs and company. if they are not satisfied then start talking to them, help them in real.
