This is interesting! No doubt, emotional intelligence could help the managers to take absolute control of their emotions. It this is achieved, the harmonious working relationship will no doubt be enhanced, there would be an effective conflict management/resolution among the teams, effective communication would be achieved, while the productivity of the workforce would be spurred.
