In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, companies are increasingly recognising the value of diverse perspectives and inclusive environments.

One aspect of diversity that demands greater attention is neurodiversity – the spectrum of neurodiversity conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and more. Over the last three years, we have seen a huge increase in enquires and a real appetite for understanding more about neurodiversity in the workplace.

Neurodivergent individuals like myself, make up a significant portion of the population. Various studies estimate that around 15-20% of people are neurodivergent and actually 50% of these people don't actually know that are neurodivergent. This comes as no surprise to me, as I wasn't diagnosed autistic and with ADHD until my mid forties.

Totally agree. Sadly they have to get through and survive the unadapted academic system first. Workplaces are increasingly enlightened the school system is not.
