In the face of uncertainty, it is essential for those who have not yet done so to draw up their wills laying out the distribution of their assets.
This shall ensure, on the one hand, significant savings in the payment of taxes and, on the other, avoid family disputes which can be very bitter and drag on for years in the courts.
And, for those who already have testaments in place a revision of these is highly recommendable from time to time, specially now that the succession tax, in Catalonia, has increased considerably since the last month of May.
Therefore, my advice is to not delay and act upon this matter as soon as you can.
