Data shows the importance No Deposit in BTR ??

Analysis from Rightmove showed no deposit renting to be the joint second most enquired amenity amongst Build to Rent residents. Did you know this ranked higher in importance than having a gym, swimming pool, or even complimentary Wi-Fi?

There is little surprise at this though, with increases to the cost of living making rent prices and deposits increasingly expensive.

But our partnered operators support their residents by offering significantly lower upfront move-in costs.?
