  1. Real-time monitoring and tracking - #projects are dynamic and constantly changing, #dashboards allow the #projectmanagers to monitor the project and performance in real time. The dashboard provides reports on metrics such as project completion, budgeting, and resource allocation, allowing project managers to identify deviations from the plan and schedule. This real-time monitoring helps projects stay on track and meet their goals.
  2. Visual Representation - Dashboards present project information in a variety of visual formats such as #charts, #graphs, and #measurements. This simple presentation keeps the information clear on one side and helps stakeholders quickly understand all aspects of the project.
