Being part of a community has many benefits.

Humans are social animals, and interaction with others is essential to our well-being and survival.?

It can improve our emotional health, give us a sense of belonging, allow us to learn and grow as well as survive.

Yes survival! Historically, humans have relied on social connections for survival. In ancient times, people lived in groups for protection, food gathering, and reproduction. Today, we still rely on social networks for support during times of crisis or emergencies.

Well May is finally with us and here at Lucienne Coaching we are preparing everything for the biggest event of the year - The Female Founders Summit.

With our incredible sponsor Blackfriars House, we are bringing an eco- system of female founders to Manchester in a more meaningful way than ever.?
