Welcome to the Lead Moms Community!
I am so excited to have you join us in this amazing journey called motherhood. Recently, I heard this marvelous explanation around the value of community.
We all have challenges.
We all have access to support.
The gap that exists between the two predicts the likelihood that we will be able to manage and achieve positive outcomes.
Over the last three and a half years, our challenges have continued to grow at a rapid pace. Unfortunately, our levels of support have decreased.
We need to close the gap.
Lead Moms are experiencing the pain and struggles of being laid off. In the midst of this pain they are trying to navigate how to stay positive and meet all the commitments they previously held.
Lead Moms are experiencing grief from the loss of a beloved family member. While processing the grief, they are trying to respond well to their kids emotions.
Lead Moms are faced with finical struggles in this unstable economy. While juggling financial obligations, they are equally trying to teach their kids how to be responsible and follow through on school work and chores.
Lead Moms are navigating relationship conflict with a partner or spouse. While dealing with conflict, they are modeling for their kids how to handle conflict of their own.
Since it doesn’t look like our challenges will be going away anytime soon, we need to increase our support.
How are you supported?
Do you know your parent strengths?
Have you invested the time to understand how they can help you manage the challenges that life and parenting throw your direction?
Have you experienced the joy of belonging other Moms who understand the struggle and encourage you to reach your potential?
We invite you to come join us for our monthly Lead Mom Cafe. Bring a cup of coffee and connect with other Moms.
