Recently, we got to work with a travel brand who started their business in Sep 2022 after realising that a massive number of people need flight tickets.

To grow a new brand, which didn’t have any brand value in the market…
I called them all for a meeting including our admin team, because any small idea can be revolutionary…

All our?Brandupwise Marketing AusNZ?team members had previous experiences booking air tickets. Their answers were primarily around buying from someone who they knew before, who they believed to do the job right, popular brand, friend’s recommendation, etc., which had nothing to do with this NEW travel brand. No one knew them before, no previous experience, not a popular brand, and of course, no one is going to recommend them.
We knew we were in a deadlock. We were going nowhere.
So, we had to find another way…?
What is the ONE FACTOR that influences someone to make a decision?

So, how do we bring TRUST in a new brand?
We listed all the ways to make people feel the element of TRUST in this new brand.?

After careful brainstorming, we came up with top 3 ideas which all our team members unanimously agreed.
1. Make the brand look and feel very compelling
2. Highlight accreditation they had with International Airport authority
3. Most important of all, highlight the airline brand names and logos on the image of the ads
We immediately executed all these 3, and ran the ads on 28th September 2022.
????????! ???? ?????????????? into ??????????????????, ?????????? ???????? ???????? ????… ???????????? ???? ??????????????, ???????? ?????? ?? ??????????.
After 3 days, they had close to 60 leads. With one travel agent, they couldn’t handle the lead flow, so they requested us to reduce the ads budget to lower the number of leads.
Currently, they are making a revenue of $80,000 to $170,000 every week with our advertising. And they are hiring new employees to handle the load. It’s definitely overwhelming for us, but our team is extremely happy about what they have done.
This shows the importance of a GREAT STRATEGY, TEAM WORK, BRANDING, BRAIN STORMING, DECISION MAKING, and EXECUTION.
It’s definitely NOT difficult to grow a new brand as long as their branding and messaging is strong!
This isn’t just for a travel brands, it can work for any industry…
