At Milky Lane, we want to be more than just an average "Everyday" Brand. Milky Lane is fun and cheeky whilst also being in touch with all current trends.??

At Milky Lane, our goal is to never blend in with the crowd; we always want to challenge the norm and stand out (we are not trend followers - we are trendsetters). We were able to do this by creating our own "Milky Lane Personality", which guests could then distinguish us as different from the other brands on the market.?

We wanted our audience to view us as a person rather than a brand. We are the brand that laughs and cries with our customers. We listen to them when they have feedback and answer questions in real-time (we don't use any Bots across any of our digital marketing); we are also cheeky with our customers with back-and-forth banter.??

Another level of our personality is that we are transparent and real with guests - there are no secrets. We own our mistakes, and we learn from them. We aren't afraid to say sorry, which our guests value and allow us to build an authentic relationship with them. We also aren't afraid to show our guests that we have emotions and care for things outside our world. Over the years, we have worked with different groups and associations, such as Pound Paws on a Rescue Dog Picnic, giving free meals to Firefighters/Rescue/Healthcare Workers for the 2019/2020 fires, working with the homeless, and so much more.

Milky Lane is still young at 6 years old - however, with an online audience of over 400K, an email database of 200K, stores in 4 states and three more stores currently in build, the stats speak for themselves.
