Want to improve your health, your BMI, your appearance? We've heard "Strength is the new 'Skinny'!" I love that!!!
To get started - it's best to have clear goals AND an accountability group.
That's where we come in. (We is M3 Mall Coaches) I'm (Melisa Mistler) a Virtual Event Coordinator and collaborator. I work with the industry's best weight loss coaches, personal trainers, health professionals, certified trainers, nurses, pharmasists and doctors. Each week - a different key note speaker will disccus a health topic for our FREE accountability group. We "check in" and learn more. So that we can share and be transparent - these calls are NOT recorded - and to be accoutable - we want you to check in live - even if it's virtual from the comfort of your own home.
Now - why should you?
It's important that you know your health goals. They can be:
Healthy Lipids
Improving your BMI
Losing Fat and Inches
Improving your blood presure

Improving your blood sugar levels
Improving your energy
Improving your joint movement
and more...
Your health goals must be specific, measurable, and achievable. Our coaches can help you put your health goal statement together - and help keep you on track to measure them. When you incorporate accountability into your wellness routine, you're forced to establish very specific goals that you can reach within a predetermined time frame.
Accountability helps keep you motivated, engaged, can answer questions (you may not of known you had). “Accountability?is the condition of having to answer, explain, or justify one’s actions or beliefs to another. Accountability is a composite of numerous factors: being held responsible for one’s actions, presence of another, evaluation by an audience, and providing validation for one’s behavior.” — psychology.iresearchnet.com
Accountability is something that everyone benefits from. As human beings, we have a strong need and desire to be evaluated positively by those in our surrounding social groups. When we know that a particular audience or person is going to be evaluating our performance or progress in any area of our life, we are more likely to take greater care in our research, think more carefully about our decisions, and put more effort into reaching our performance goals.
