Implementing your new Sales Machine
If you are following along in the series (links at the bottom), at this point, your digital media strategy, website, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and video content is all ready to go!
Based on an ever evolving technology landscape, this involves things such as:
- Your existing or new wordpress website is designed, tested, backed up and live
- Invoices and approvals are submitted for relevant Grants (Entrepreneurs Programme, Boost Your Business vouchers et al)
- Collateral based on new sales copy and photography is printed and ready to distribute
- Initial high quality video content (team, customer and facilities) are live and captioned
- Localisation to your target market is complete (translations, Mandarin subtitles etc)
- Google Analytics is setup and tracking is installed
- Your Google Adwords account is setup and correctly linked
- Images, on page content, video titles and descriptions are Search Engine Optimised
- Customer and competitor analysis has been completed via SEMRush.com
- Your Adwords and SEO strategy is in place based on this analysis
- Lead nurturing systems using ActiveCampaign, InfusionSoft or Mailchimp are in place
- Lead nurturing content including emails and videos are active and monitored
- Customer tracking and interaction is setup via HotJar, Intercom or Olark
- Internal training videos for team & distributors are setup in Adobe Captivate Prime
- Team members are trained on the systems and oversight is in place to engage new leads
- Content Calendars are agreed upon that cover your events, products and day to day
- Your transition into our project management system for content approvals is complete
- Ongoing content production is scheduled and ready to be set in-flight
In short, all of your technical infrastructure, plus the processes to support your new ways of growing your business are in place - we will have created those that didn't exist or added to what you have!
