Had the great honor to present in-person at a national conference with co-presenters Dr. Paul Hernandez and Dr. Lara Dowland! The 63rd Conference for The Council on the Study of Community Colleges (CSCC) was held in Tempe, Arizona from March 31, to April 2, 2022.
Our presentation was titled “Implementing the Pedagogy of Real Talk to Connect with Students At-Promise in the Classroom,” which focused on the work that we’ve done with the Faculty Academy at MWCC. This year’s conference theme was: Realizing Equity in and Through Community Colleges.
