EOS (Entreprenurial Operating System) is a low hanging fruit in terms of boosting productivity, order and insight creation for any early stage startup. This can be implemented in weeks across your startup and will definitely create trust and ownership in your team. I summarize here the main idea of the EOS, but I definitely recommend you to read Get a Grip and check the EOS website here. Besides simply being a productivity system, EOS allows you to connect with your executive team, know how each individual contributes to the business and what super powers they have.
Like any good ship, you need a captain to steer the EOS ship towards success. Find someone on your team who's excited about the EOS framework and assign them as the captain. They'll be the one to lead the charge and make sure everyone stays on course.
Who doesn't love a good cheer squad? Find some team members who are excited about the EOS framework and enlist them as cheerleaders. They can spread the word about the benefits of EOS and help get everyone excited about the process.
Sometimes, the best way to address resistance is with a dance party. If you're facing some team members who are hesitant about the EOS framework, break out the boombox and start dancing. It'll get everyone moving and grooving, and hopefully, more open to the idea of change.
Who doesn't love a good game? Turn the EOS implementation process into a game by creating challenges, rewards, and competitions. This will make the process more fun and engaging for everyone involved.

When you reach a milestone or achieve a goal using the EOS framework, make sure to celebrate! Break out the confetti, streamers, and balloons and have a mini party. Celebrating success will keep everyone motivated and excited about the process.
Practical tool: Level 10 Meetings
These meetings make everything easier, since you have a document where everything is registered, your team is not dependent in solely 1 person. I foulnd it super useful to do this meeting on Mondays to start the week aligned as a team.
Find the core structure of a L10 meeting below:
Here’s a Level 10 template you can use in your team meetings, I’ve even used it in 1:1 calls
